AETA PROJECT (Zambales): After last summer’s crusade, 7
individuals were baptized, making a total of 12 members in the
Cabatuan church. Leo and Merriam have just about finished their new
missionary quarters. They are also in the process of putting up a church
building on the 1 hectare land purchased for that purpose.
They are requesting for a new team to be assigned in the Aeta project because there are
several villages that need a missionary. They are proposing to leave the new missionaries in their current village while
they themselves go 12 hours deeper into the Tarlac Mountains where
another Aeta language group live (one reputedly more primitive and
hostile to outsiders).
